How accurate are your predictions?: Across closed engagements, our top-ranked candidates have shown 80 to 90 percent in vitro confirmation rates, substantially higher than off-the-shelf docking (30 to 40 percent) because we calibrate scoring against our own wet-lab outcomes.
What file formats do you accept?: PDB and mmCIF for structures, FASTA for sequences, SDF/MOL2/SMILES for ligands, and any structured CSV for assay or expression data. We can also start from an AlphaFold prediction.
Can you integrate with our internal systems?: Yes. On Professional and Enterprise tiers we support secure data transfer, on-prem deployment for sensitive IP, and direct connectors to common ELN and pipeline systems.
What's your typical success rate in wet-lab validation?: Across small molecule and antibody engagements, the median client reports active hits in the top 100 candidates we deliver. Specific rates depend on target tractability and assay quality.
Do you sign IP and confidentiality agreements?: Always. We sign a mutual NDA before any technical discussion and assign all generated IP to the client by default.
